Stores Order Form

Gribbles Veterinary Pathology has a full range of laboratory supplies available and these can be ordered in small lots or as bulk orders (please note: charges apply for some items ordered in bulk).  The vast majority of laboratory supplies are provided free of charge to all veterinarians for return to Gribbles Veterinary.  Alternatively, if you wish to purchase items for your own use these items will be billed to your clinic at competitive prices.

To order supplies please fill in a Gribbles Veterinary Pathology Stores Order Form by clicking on your relevant state below. With all Online Stores Direct, the forms can be filled in and submitted while on line.

For New South Wales the form must be downloaded, filled in and faxed to New South Wales
on 03 9538 2266. 

Alternatively, orders can be placed over the phone by contacting Gribbles Veterinary Pathology
on 1300 307 190 or email vets@gribbles.com.au. Ordered store supplies will be delivered by mail
or courier.

Submission Forms

The appropriate Gribbles Veterinary Submission form must accompany all specimens submitted to the laboratory. Pre-labelled pads with the individual vet's name, practice name and address are avaliable upon request. Phone the laboratory on 1300 307 190 to place an order  for these pads.
