Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1995 at the University of Edinburgh and initially worked in mixed and small animal practices for some years.
Caroline undertook a residency training program in veterinary clinical pathology at The Royal Veterinary College, University of London. During her residency, Caroline consolidated her knowledge by working at the Animal Health Trust (a referral hospital and laboratory), Compton Paddock Laboratories and Vetlab (both commercial laboratories) and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (a government laboratory).
Caroline gained extensive experience in all areas of clinical pathology including haematology, cytology and the interpretation of biochemistry and endocrinology testing. Caroline also taught veterinary undergraduates and assisted with the supervision of final year elective projects.
Caroline joined Gribbles in 2006 and is based in Melbourne. Her area of special interest is the clinical pathology of exotic animals.
