As well as being the General Manager for Gribbles Veterinary, Neville undertakes the role of National Pathology Operations Manager for Healthscope, having commenced this role in December 2009. Neville originally joined Healthscope as Gribbles Pathology Victorian State Manager in June 2008.
Prior to Healthscope, Neville was located in New South Wales where he was State Operations Manager for Mayne Health and Symbion Pathology, NSW businesses since 2001. His responsibilities included management of 22 laboratories including the central laboratory at North Ryde. This role included operational responsibility for the extensive Vetnostics veterinary business. Prior to working for Mayne, Neville held roles in public pathology service including General Manager of pathology for Southern Area Health Service in NSW and Supervising scientist in the Department of Cytology/Cytogenetics in the ICPMR in NSW, as well as at the New Children's Hospital, Westmead, NSW.
Neville also has extensive international pathology laboratory operations and testing experience in countries such as Saudi Arabia (as Medical Laboratory Supervising Officer for the Ministry of Defence and Aviation in the Military Hospital Riyadh) and Singapore.
Neville has a long association with the farming and rural veterinary services having grown up on a farm in rural NSW until relocating for university studies, however he has maintained a keen interest in veterinary affairs, both personally and professionally, since that time. Neville continues to have strong links with the rural community through his immediate family in the Gippsland area in Victoria.
