What's new?
The NEW version of eResults offers the following features:
Simplified Homescreen:
The new version of eResults offers a streamlined homescreen, including a 'Preview Mode' option, a Refresh Results button, and indicators for Urgent results.
Episode View:
This feature allows you to conveniently access all results associated with a specific patient episode. Panels with solid GREEN dots have not been viewed.
Customisable Notifications:
Choose how you would like to receive notifications for Urgent results. Options include email, SMS, or both. In-app push notifications are also available if you’re using the mobile app.
Advanced Downloading/Print Options:
You now have the ability to download/print specific panels across multiple episodes. Please note: For the mobile app version of eResults, only the Download feature is available.
Take advantage of the other built-in features:
- Options to enable the following in Account Settings: Auto-Refresh results every 15 minutes and Preview Mode
- Click the Advanced Search button on the Homescreen to filter by Panel Department, Panel, and more.

Quickly search results with ease while in the consultation room
with your patients. The eResults Mobile App is available to
download now on the Google Play Store for Android and the
App Store for iOS. Simply search for ‘Gribbles’.
